Villa Berrengaria is located in the Pissouri Bay area on the south west coast of Cyprus.  The modern highway network means that it is comfortably accessible from both airports at Paphos (25km) and at Larnaka (95km). The town of Limassol is 35km.  Click the image to enlarge.

Villa Berengaria is located within the mature community of Klimataria.  The Blue Flag beach is only 10 minutes walk away. On the way there is a mini market, numerous restaurants and tavernas, local shops, and a bank with an ATM.  The partner community, Ampelohori, provides access to the Ampeli restaurant and pool (for which membership is provided for our

Villa Berengaria was built 20 years ago.  It is thus young enough to benefit from modern construction and mature enough to be located in the established community of Klimitaria.  The Pissouri Bay area is relatively (and thankfully) under-developed.  Within a few minutes drive is Pissouri village. Proudly retaining its character as a typical Cypriot village, it offers yet more tavernas, shops and banks with ATM facilities.
