RATES AND BOOKING
RATES
During 2012 our rates will remain as follows:

Please note that our minimum rental period is one week. These rates are for the rent of the villa, which accommodates up to 4 persons. They include air conditioning in the bedrooms, access to the Ampeli pool, and the provision of a "welcome pack" comprising basic provisions (tea, coffee, milk, bread etc.). We don't employ a booking agency but do list Villa Berengaria on the Owners Direct website as Property Code CY1113. For our potential guests, this makes the villa easier to find and to compare with others. It also offers the benefit of the availability calendar.

Villa Berengaria is available for rent during the months of April to October. Please see the Availability Calendar

BOOKINGS
We cannot accept bookings from persons under 21 years of age. Subject to availability, we will accommodate any changeover day. The standard time for arrival at Villa Berengaria is after 4pm and departure before 12 noon. It is, however, our standard policy to offer more agreeable times when there is no conflict with other guests.
We offer a provisional booking service, without obligation to you, which will allow you to arrange time off work and to book flights. Simply ask us to reserve your chosen period then keep us advised of your intentions. The provisional booking will be cancelled unless you confirm within five days or we agree further time. Your £100 deposit will confirm the booking.
Full payment will be due 6 weeks before departure. We strongly advise that you arrange adequate insurance as all payments are non-refundable.
