VILLA DETAILS

Outside    The property is set within the mature community of Klimataria.  The two storey building accommodates up to 4 persons in its two bedrooms. Enclosed behind hibiscus hedges there is an orange tree, lemon trees and oleander bushes.  There is ample car parking to the front and the side of the villa.

Water is stored in roof tanks and heated by solar energy.  An electric immersion heater is available for use on those rare days when the sun doesn't shine!

Children    Parents should note that Villa Berengaria is not really specified, furnished or equipped for the accommodation of babies or young children. In common with many properties in Cyprus the floors and stairs have hard surfaces and glazing may not meet appropriate safety standards.

Accessibility    Although the property has two storeys with the bedrooms upstairs, we encourage those with special access needs to contact us .

Hall & Sitting Room    The front door opens into an entrance area, off which is the sitting room. The furniture includes a two seater settee and four easy chairs. The television has a DVD player (our guests are welcome to view our own collection of DVDs) and a satellite receiver which provides access to English speaking news etc. A ceiling fan is provided.

Off the entrance area there is a cloakroom with basin, toilet, and walk-in shower.

Covered Patio    French windows lead from the sitting room to a covered patio which is ideal for alfresco dining or just sheltering from the heat of the day.  A table and chairs are provided.

Kitchen/Dining Room    Unusually for a Cyprus villa, the kitchen/dining room is completely separated from the living room.

There is a  gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine, toaster,  kettle, iron etc.

Especially pleasant at breakfast time, there is a further covered patio off the kitchen

Upper Floor    Upstairs there are two bedrooms accommodating up to 4 persons, and a bathroom with basin, toilet and shower.  All bed linen and towels are provided.  We do ask that guests provide their own beach/pool towels.

Bedroom 1     The first bedroom contains a 5 foot king size bed, chest of  drawers and fitted wardrobe.  The room is provided with air conditioning (at no extra charge).

Through french windows to the front there is a small balcony. Through further french windows to the rear, there is a large private veranda with view to the sea and patio furniture.  

Bedroom 2    The second bedroom is provided with two 3 foot single beds, a chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe. Again, air conditioning is provided.
